MAIN DISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can tomato soup
2 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Melt shortening in skillet, add meat, onion and green pepper and cook. Stir until meat has lost its color and onion is transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
