STIR - FRY BEEF 
1/2 lb. top round or sirloin beef
Green onions or sweet onion
Green peppers
Broccoli
1 c. hot beef broth
Rice
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
Carrots
Red peppers
Mushrooms
2 to 3 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet and brown the beef. Cook carrots just a little in water. Add vegetables to the beef and stir. Add hot beef broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Stir until the sauce is clear. Serve over cooked rice.
