CRANBERRY-PEAR SAUCE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice
2-3 green pears, peeled and chopped coarsely
1/4 tsp. ginger

Boil cranberries until popped in water, sugar and apple juice concentrate. Add pears and ginger. Simmer 10 minutes until thick.
