SCOTT'S FAVORITE CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
6 chicken breasts, boned & skins removed
1/4 c. bacon bits or fresh bacon, fried crisp, drained well & crushed
1/2 of a 5 oz. pkg. dried beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream

Line baking dish with dried beef. Place chicken over beef. Mix together soup, crushed bacon or bits, and sour cream. Pour over chicken and bake, uncovered, at 250 degrees for 3 hours.

Scott, try it with onion rice. Just chop one small onion toss in with the water. add rice. Thanks
