THURSA'S TOMATO RELISH 
3 dozen chopped tomatoes
6 pods chopped green peppers
6 med. onions
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. chili pepper
3 c. vinegar

Cook chopped vegetables until tender. Add all remaining ingredients and cook until sauce is thick. Pack in pint jars, seal, and process in hot bath for 20 minutes.
