ROAST BEEF AND GRAVY (EASY!) 
Eye roast or chuck roast
California onion dip mix (one pkg.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. cooking wine

Place eye roast in foil-lined pan (lined with enough foil to later seal in juices). Coat roast with cream of mushroom soup. Pour wine over. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over roast. Seal completely with foil. Bake until done.
