BANANA CREPES 
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brandy
2 ripe bananas
1 pint vanilla ice cream
4 crepes

Combine butter, brown sugar and brandy in a 2 c. glass measure. Microwave at HIGH power for 1 1/2 minutes until butter melts and sugar dissolves and bubbles. Add quartered bananas and cook covered with wax paper for 2 minutes. Put crepes in oven to warm - 1 minute on HIGH. Put 2 scoops of ice cream in each crepe. Fold over placing seam side down. Pour sauce over crepes and top with whipped cream and slivered almonds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
