NAPA SALAD 
1 head napa cabbage
5 green onions
3 pkg. ramen noodles
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. butter

DRESSING:

1 c. olive or safflower oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. white sugar

Mix dressing ingredients and set aside. Brown noodles, seeds and almonds in butter; cool. Chop napa and onions. Before serving mix together. Do not mix until ready to eat.
