HOMEMADE GNOCCHI | |
3 lbs. Ricotta 2 eggs 8 c. flour, sifted Frigo Do half recipe at a time. Mix together. Roll lengths about 1/2" round. Cut in 1/2" pieces. To cook, put in boiling salted water. They will go to the bottom. When they come to the top they are done. Serve with tomato sauce. |
