SPINACH QUICHE SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter (melted)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach (defrosted and well drained)

Sift flour, salt and baking powder; add eggs, milk and butter. Stir. Add other ingredients. Spread in well greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into 1 inch pieces and serve. Can be frozen at this point. To serve, defrost and bake at 350 degrees for 8 10 minutes.
