SPINACH SOUFFLE SQUARES | |
4 eggs, beaten 2/3 c. milk 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. minced onion 2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed 2 c. cooked rice 2 c. shredded white American cheese Beat eggs; add combined milk, butter, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme, and nutmeg. Mix well. Combine remaining ingredients. Add egg mixture; mix well. Pour into shallow 2 quart baking dish (greased). Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cut into squares. |
