EGGS PARMESAN 
12 eggs, hard boiled and quartered
4 c. light cream sauce
1 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Salt and pepper
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Pimento
Bread crumbs

Bring sauce to a boil. Add cheese, mushrooms, curry powder, salt and pepper. Slice eggs. Place on bottom of casserole. Add water chestnuts. Add sauce and pimento. Cover with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Brown under broiler.
