CINNAMON RAISIN BISCUITS 
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon

VANILLA GLAZE:

Beat until smooth: 1 tbsp. warm water 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients until dough forms. Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Bake on greased cookie sheet until golden brown, 8-10 minutes at 450 degrees. Spread with Vanilla Glaze while warm.
