BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. link sausage
5 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
7 slices bread
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. milk

Cut sausages into quarters and brown in a frying pan; drain. Beat eggs well; add milk, salt and mustard. Remove crusts from bread and slice into 1 inch squares. Add sausage, bread and cheese to egg mixture, stir well.

Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. To bake allow casserole to reach room temperature, then place casserole dish in a shallow pan of water to prevent crust from forming while cooking. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
