CHICKEN SESAME 
Boneless chicken breast
1/4 lb. Virginia baked ham (thin)
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese (thin)
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 stick butter
Sesame seeds

Wash chicken breast and lay flat on the counter. Place a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, a slice of ham, and a slice of cheese on top of the chicken. Fold the chicken breast in half, keeping the ham and cheese inside the chicken breast. Use toothpicks to keep the chicken together. Melt butter and add soy sauce; mix together. (Add more or less of each according to taste.) Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the mixture over the chicken; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
