MINNESOTA MINESTRONE 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) whole corn
2 celery stalks, sliced
2 c. zucchini, sliced
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 c. macaroni
2 c. water
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook meat, onion and garlic. Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans, corn and remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Heat to boiling until macaroni and vegetables are done, about 30 to 45 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
