SALMON SALAD MOLD 
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. Salmon should be in large flakes. Pour into oiled mold; chill until firm. Unmold; garnish with egg slices, cucumber sticks and lemon.
