TERIYAKI 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. sherry wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 lb. boneless beef steak, cut into thin strips

Combine soup mix, sherry, soy sauce and sugar. Thread beef on skewers and marinate 2 to 3 hours in soup mixture. Grill quickly, turning once and basting with remaining marinade. 6 servings.
