CROCK POT HAM & POTATOES 
8-10 potatoes, sliced & peeled
1-2 c. cubed or deli sliced ham
1-2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
Diced onion, to taste

Layer potatoes, ham, cheese and onion. Add soup to the top. Cook on slow 8 to 10 hours or 4 hours on high.
