CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 bunch broccoli (cooked) or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked)
2 c. chicken, cooked & sliced
Flour
Butter
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. sherry
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Place in bottom of 3 quart casserole cooked broccoli. Place on top of broccoli 2 cups cooked chicken. In saucepan melt 6 tablespoons butter. Blend in 6 tablespoons flour. Add gradually and cook stirring until thick 3 cups chicken broth. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 4 teaspoon prepared mustard, 2 tablespoons minced onion, 2 tablespoons sherry and 1 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Before serving dash sherry over all. Serves 6.
