PICKLED CUCUMBERS 
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. minced dill or parsley
2 med. sized cucumbers

Combine all ingredients, except cucumbers. Do not peel the cucumbers but slice thinly. Place in a glass dish. Pour dressing over cucumbers and refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator in glass jars.
