PICKLED CUCUMBERS 
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley or dill
2 med. cucumbers, peeled and sliced

In small pan mix first 4 ingredients and 2 tablespoons water. Bring to boil. Cool. Put cucumbers in dish and add vinegar mixture. Sprinkle with parsley or dill. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
