1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. powdered alum
Scant c. boiling water
1 tbsp. salad oil
Food coloring, if desired

Mix and knead to soft dough. Keeps in plastic bags for months. Add small amounts of water when it gets stiff. Not safe to eat.
