1/2 c. mashed potatoes (complete with salt and butter)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Mashed potatoes must not have lumps in them. Mix potatoes with sugar. Adding sugar until it will roll out being slightly sticky. Sprinkle with sugar to help roll it out. Roll out into a rectangle shape, 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Spread peanut butter over dough. Roll up dough starting with one long end. Slice into pieces using a thread. Lay thread under candy and bring ends of string up to meet, slicing candy.
