CARAMEL POPCORN 
8 qt. popped popcorn
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil sugar, butter, vanilla, salt and syrup for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add baking soda and mix well. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat. Bake in 200°F oven for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes. Store in airtight bags or containers.
