HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
6 slices pineapple, cut in quarters
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. dried chopped chives
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. pineapple sauce, unsweetened
6 skinless & boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 tbsp. salad oil

On waxed paper mix flour and salt. Use to coat chicken breasts. Cook in oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Add juice, honey, soy sauce and chives. Simmer until breasts are done (20 minutes). Add pineapple. Thicken juice with cornstarch mixed in water. Cook 1 minute. Serve over rice.
