KEY LIME PIE 
3 eggs, separated
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk, sweetened, condensed
1/2 c. real lime juice
Few drops green food coloring
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar
9" baked pie shell

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir in milk. Add juice and coloring. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks. Gradually add sugar until stiff, but not dry. Smooth over top of pie and seal at edges. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
