BABY RUTH BARS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. corn flakes

Measure corn flakes in large bowl; set aside. Heat sugars and Karo syrup to just barely boiling, take off heat and add peanut butter; mix well. Pour over corn flake; mix. Spread in greased 9"x13" cake pan. Top with chips. Melt under broiler; spread chips.
