LADY FINGERS | |
2 egg yolks 3/4 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar 1/3 c. sifted flour 1/8 tsp. salt 3 egg whites Beat yolks until light. Add vanilla. Resift flour 3 times. Add salt to egg whites. Whip until stiff. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly. Fold in egg yolks. Fold in flour. Shape dough into oblongs on greased paper placed on pan, or pour into greased lady finger tins. Bake cakes in moderate 375 degree oven for about 6 to 12 minutes. |
