ZIPPY SALAD 
1 head Romaine or red leaf lettuce
1 c. fresh spinach
1 c. grapes, red and green seedless
1 can mandarin oranges, chilled

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, mashed
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. minced chives
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. soy sauce

Mix greens, grapes, mandarin oranges. Put dressing over all and top with 1/4 cup toasted almonds and 1 sliced avocado.
