9 c. Chex, any variety or combination
1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 + c. powdered sugar

Microwave on high for one minute chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Stir until blended. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over Chex. Stir to completely cover Chex. Put 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar in a one gallon Ziplock bag. Put chocolate covered Chex in bag. Shake to cover Chex completely with powdered sugar. Add more powdered sugar if needed. Put on waxed paper to cool. Store in refrigerator. Serves 8-12.
