6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Marsala Wine

Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Stir in wine. Pour mixture into top of double boiler and set it over simmering water. Constantly beat with rotary beater until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Serve in sherbet glasses. May be served hot or chilled.
