CRAB OR SHRIMP SPREAD 
6 oz. cream cheese
1 green onion, finely chopped
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. gelatin dissolved in 3 tbsp. water, cold
Tuna size can of crab or shrimp
2-3 stalks chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise

Heat soup, dissolve gelatin into hot soup. Cool slightly. Combine with other ingredients. Put in mold or dish. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
