RICE-A-RONI SUPREME SALAD 
1 frying chicken, boiled
1 pkg. chicken Rice-a-Roni
2 green onions, sliced
8 green olives, chopped
2 (6 oz.) cans marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 tsp. curry
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Cook Rice-a-Roni as directed but omit frying in butter. Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Combine marinade of artichokes with curry and mayonnaise, add rice mixture and toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Serves 4 to 8.
