SUPER NACHOS 
2 lbs. lean ground beef or ground round
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 (30 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) can diced green chilies
2 c. (packed) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. (packed) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (7 oz.) can green chili sauce

GARNISHES:

4 ripe avocados
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. ripe olives (sliced)
6 green onions (chopped)

Use a Lasagna size pyrex dish. Brown ground round with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain. Season to taste. Spread beans in bottom of pyrex dish. Spread meat on top. Sprinkle with chilies and cheeses. Drizzle green chile salsa over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with guacamole, sour cream, olives and onions.
