FRIED RICE 
1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. cold cooked white rice
3 eggs, beaten
2 cooked bacon sliced, crumbled
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 green onions with tops, sliced

Heat oil in heavy skillet. In hot oil, saute rice, over medium heat, stirring with metal spoon, about 5 minutes, or until golden.

Stir eggs into rice; cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until eggs are cooked - about 3 minutes. Add bacon, soy sauce and pepper; combine well. Garnish with green onions.
