CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn with juice
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread or muffin mix
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream (opt.)

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until thickened.
