STUFFED ARTICHOKES 
2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 1/4 stick butter
1-2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Rub oil (olive or vegetable) on quartered artichokes. Melt butter and mix other ingredients. Sprinkle on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
