CAMPER STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup, undiluted (Add just enough water for consistency you desire)

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Pour off all excess grease. Add the two cans of soup and just enough water to simmer for 5 minutes. Salt may be added if desired. It is good with garlic bread or crackers. I stumbled onto this when I was trying to reduce the time it took me to prepare a meal while we were camping.
