JEWISH APPLE CAKE 
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
4 apples

Cut apples (as for pie) and mix in sugar and cinnamon. 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 3 tbsp. baking powder 1 c. oil 1/2 c. orange juice 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

In bundt pan or turks-head pan, alternate batter and the apples and mix. Leave a little of apple mixture for top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
