FLANK STEAK 
Sm. can mushrooms, chopped
Onion, chopped

Saute these 2 in butter.

Add enough seasoned bread crumbs to make a paste. Add liquid from mushrooms for more moisture and crumbs to make enough stuffing for steak. Sprinkle steak with meat tenderizer, stuff, roll and tie. Place in shallow baking pan. Pour can of beef bouillon over steak.

Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees and 1 hour at 325 degrees. Baste occasionally.
