QUICK AND EASY PIZZA 
2 loafs frozen bread dough
1 (15 oz.) jar marinara sauce
2-3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. coarsely chopped pitted black olives
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Remove frozen bread dough from freezer; defrost in microwave on low for 2 minutes. Grease cookie sheet. Cut bread dough in 1/4-inch thick slices, using a serrated bread knife. Arrange slices to cover bottom of pan pressing together with floured fingertips.

Form a raised edge. Spread sauce evenly, then sprinkle cheese, olives and oregano. Bake on lowest oven rack 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Makes 6 servings. Other additions: diced onion, diced green pepper, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
