APPLE NUT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavor Jello
1 c. boiling water
7 to 10 ice cubes
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. diced apples, peeled or unpeeled
1/4 c. celery, chopped very fine

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice cubes; stir constantly until thickened. Fold apples, celery and nuts into Jello. Chill until firm. Serve on crisp greens with dab of mayonnaise.
