BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
1 c. sugar, divided
1/2 c. butter, divided
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. fresh blueberries, frozen or canned, washed and well drained
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Cream together 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Stir in egg and milk. In another bowl, stir together 2 cups flour, salt, and baking powder. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir. Carefully stir in blueberries. Pour batter into 9x9 inch greased and floured baking pan. Spread evenly in pan.

In small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture over top of batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
