1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 lb. ricotta
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix yellow cake according to box directions. In mixing dish, mix all the rest of the ingredients by hand. Pour over yellow cake mix in baking dish. Swirl ingredients into cake mix with a spatula. Sprinkle cocoa on top of cake and bake at 350 degrees until done. (Check cake mix box for time.) Yields 12 servings.
