FRUITY BAKED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 - 3 lb. fryer, cut up
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey or brown sugar
1 1/3 c. drained fruit cocktail (reserve 1/2 c. syrup)

Melt butter in 13x9 inch pan. In bag, combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Shake chicken in flour combination a few pieces at a time. Dip chicken skin side down in butter; place in pan skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients except for fruit cocktail and pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, basting occasionally. Pour drained fruit cocktail over chicken and sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes more.

NOTE: Peach slices may be substituted for fruit cocktail.
