BLONDIES 
1 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. double acting baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. reduced calorie butter
1/3 c. dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Using electric mixer cream butter; add sugar; beat at high speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Reduce speed; add sifted ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Spray 6 x 6 x 2 dish with cooking spray. Spread batter evenly and bake 20 to 25 minutes.

To serve cut into 6 (3 x 2 inch) bars. Serves 6.
