BARBECUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN AND
RIBS
 
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
Freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Brush on frequently while ribs or chicken are cooking. (Marinate them in sauce overnight if desired).
