CHEESE-NUT ROLL | |
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/4 c. milk 1 clove garlic, diced 3/4 c. nuts, finely chopped In double boiler melt cheese and milk. Remove from heat and add the garlic and nuts. Mix and cool to thick stage. Form in a roll 12 inches long. Place on wax paper that has been sprinkled with chili powder. Roll in 2 layers of wax paper. Chill at least 8 hours. Cut in thin slices, serve with crackers. |
