BLACKBERRY WINE CAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 3 oz. blackberry Jello 4 egg whites 1/2 c. oil 1 c. blackberry wine 1/2 c. chopped pecans Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan. Mix all ingredients for cake together and mix well for 3 minutes. Pour over pecans and bake 55-60 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto serving plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled. |
